Use it or lose it. Might want to try Saw Palmetto just to see if it works.

Daily ejaculation is the best. As far as I'm concerned any time you let fluids build up and stay in one spot too long they could cause cancers.
If you don't ejaculate the fluids will not be good for your glands integrity. You need to keep cleaning it out.
Ejaculation helps with BPH somewhat as you empty the chamber for a bit.
The same with lungs and intestines, if you get stuff in there and don't move it out fast enough, you are more likely to get cancers.
If you smoke, tars and fluids can build up and exercise can mitigate this but the smoking makes you less athletic.

I've had some issues with enlarged prostate (BPH) if I work out too much and take natural testosterone supplements.
It seems to be my natural testosterone that causes the problem when it is converted to Estriadol by the aromatase.
Estrogen blockers help sometimes but usually it is the estrogens that come from my testosterone converting that causes the swelling.
Viagra and Cialis both help also with the effects on urination or lack of.
Saw palmetto and vitamin E can also help with BPH.

If I take medical testosterone it does not cause the same issue as taking herbal supplements, so it is my natural test doing it for sure.
The testosterone tends to make it hard to cum and reduce the amount of ejaculate.

Certain steroids can cause prostate issue but the newer experimental SARMS are supposed to avoid your prostate.

Your prostate always grows as long as you have testosterone.
90% of men in their 90's have BPH issues.

Just started with Costco's Trunature Prostate Plus Health Complex. $31.40 for 250 pills. My doctor sez I have low testosterone and a 2.5 PSA which is suspicious. I think I will wait a few months and redo those tests. I am hoping the PSA returns to sub 2.0 normal values. If it does I will try Testosterone Propionate IM injections. Another doctor wanted me to try Biote pellets. Don't know too much about this new drug. He wants to charge me $700 for a pellet injected under my skin at the wrist. Seems my research shows Amazon.com sells Biote. My doctor's literature which is a blank and white mimeographed sheet of paper sez its made form wild yams and soy. But he stops because of my suspiciously slightly high PSA and wants me to see a Urologist for further evaluation. This will happen next January. In the meantime Amazon.com sells BIOTE Medical - DIM 150 mg. 60 veggie caps for $49.00. Cheaper than the pellet and same Biote logo. Good ratings. BUT...….

What I think I'll do is wait for my PSA to return to normal then discuss Testosterone Propionate IM injections (Will buy only American products and medicines) and monitor my PSA every 3 or 6 months depending on what the doctor recommends. Or ask him what he recommends. I have injected Testosterone Propionate before and know it makes my ball shrink. I did walk into a pharmacy in Phuket and a gal showed me a photo shopping list of several different kinds of Testosterone parenterals. I got suspicious and forgot about it. Later read that Australia was cracking down of musclehead tourists bringing back blackmarket Testo from Thailand. Same shit is the Viagras and Cialis pills. Only the Kamagra works good. Make sure to have your partner for the night swallow it with you. So cheap that I like to buy a half a box and use it all up during my long vacations. Funny how some ladyboys don't even know what it is. There needs to be a finishing school for boys and girls who want to be good servicers.

I prefer the injectable because I can quit immediately if I think it is causing me problems. With a pellet I have to get a surgeon to remove it. Then it will be a $700 waste. Parenteral Testosterone is pretty cheap and comes with needels and a TB syringe. Just have to get used to poking yourself in the top of your thigh. Just poke and suck on the syringe to make sure you didn't hit a blood vessel. Really don't need to poke yourself in the behind which is too hard to reach.

Testosterone replacement is still largely experimental.
They don't really know the long term effects and it can cause faster aging and BPH in some people.
It is hard on your liver, prostate and is not great for your arteries too much.

Some say your body just adjusts to the testosterone and produces less naturally which isn't good if you don't have the much.
I keep my natural testosterone levels high by excercising at extreme bursts which helps generate testosterone.

I will sometimes do short cycles of testosterone and anti estrogen but never more than a month or two.
Most of the time i take herbal supplements as a test booster.
Supposedly safer testosterone replacements are on the horizon. Ostarine is in clinical trials and it is supposed to have many of the benefits of testosterone but without the side effects on your liver and prostate, it is supposed to only bind to the muscles.

BPH is extremely common in males over 50, and I have this condition. I have been using a Webber Naturals Product called Super Prostate. This is a concentrate of Saw Palmetto, zinc and lycophene, taken once a day. It has not totally relieved my symptoms, but definitely made things better. I use to have to wake up 3-4 times in the night to urinate, and now it is once or sometimes none. Urination is not as difficult as it was before use, especially at night or first thing in the morning.

Try stopping caffeine totally. No coffee, soda pop, chocolate, iced and hot tea, etc. As far as I can remember I have always overloaded myself with caffeine since I started drinking from a plastic bottle or can. Caffeine irritates your digestive system and causes abnormal appetite like eating too much or sugar cravings. Also causes insomnia. You can thank Starbucks for this. So go ahead and try stopping caffeine totally and take some Saw Palmetto to see if this helps. Remember you've been consuming caffeine ALL your life so it'll take several months or years to totally excrete caffeine from your tissues, bones, organs, etc. I have just weaned myself off Vicodin. Bad stuff and causes constipation and short term memory loss. Almost thought I was having dementia. Just got Neurolytic Ablation injection and heating of my lumbar spine. It helps and gets me off daily Aleve. Try it instead of taking pain killers. Supposed to work for 6-24 months. We'll see. Finally I have been taking Tamulosin for urinary incontinence. Also called Urethromax. Opens up my urethra for better urination. Taken for life. Guess I should forget about Testosterone for now and watch more online porn videos.

Have been on Saw Palmetto two days and already my bladder seems less irritated. Before just a little urine makes me run to a toilet. I think it is helping.

You can buy injections of the Testosterone propinate at Pharmacies in Thailand then take it to a nearby clinic for injection.
Very cheap this way, not sure how much one would pay in the US.

Stopping coffee isn't really an option for me. Drinking less fluids in the evening helps some. I don't have BPH syptoms all the time just when I am working out and exercising lots like I do in the summer time and fall. Some of the supplements i take seem to contribute to it. Normally I am trying to get jacked for Thailand this year to get my beach body in check.
So it seems to flare up this time of year.

Saw Palmetto & Prostate Remedies all work , viagra, aspirin, advil are also good options.
Doctors can prescribe many things that can have many side effects.
As say I find it is just my natural testosterone causing this issue. I start using pharmaceutical testosterone I don't get the same BPH symptoms.
So testosterone replacement may help BPH, I just don't like the idea of taking it all the time.

Not sure if I can trust Thai Testosterone Propionate sold in Thailand. It's not that expensive in the USA. Unlike the USA you can just walk into a Thai pharmacy and buy it over the counter. Don't know if one would need a doctor's prescription for TB or 3 cc syringes and 20x1 needles. I will ask my pharmacist the next time I go. Do like that I can buy a lot of drugs OTC without the hassles of an expensive doctor visit. Seem all Asian nation allow this. Maybe Europe, too.
