    Ridiculous.
When there was an HIV epidemic in Bangkok years ago nothing closed and lots died.
Now they totally shut everything over a super cold?

    Something is seriously wrong.
This is now only to control people and postpone elections with a fake emergency.
The only time the pandemic was and emergency was during the first month when no one knew how serious it was.
Imagine how much the elites in Thailand are making from this BS and lies.

Pfizer and Merck come out with therapeutic pills after successfully cancelling all other cheap competing drugs.
Instead of Hydrocholoriquine, Ivermectin and vitamins we will pay huge amounts for pills that do the same thing from these thieving Big Pharma companies.
What a scam. They managed to force 70% of people on earth to take their unnecessary and mildly effective vaccines. (Monster Cash)
Variants scares will keep this going for some time.

Countries in Africa and Central America actually distributed vitamins and ivermectin with great success.
Developed countries are getting extorted and bribed to force vaccines.

We knew a year ago Covid doesn't spread on surfaces but the scam continues.
There is not one definitive demonstration that masks do anything, it is just population control.
Normally there would be TV shows and news showing the science of masks.
Instead no proof of masks effectiveness.
Masks just keep you in fear when you see them.

The people in charge don't need that bad money and the others have gone without if for years now. Cops are probably more corrupt in drugs and gambling now there is not much tourist market.

Thailand has fantastic beaches and culture. However they have allowed many of the beaches and water areas to become destroyed and contaminated.
They have plans to turn the whole Cha am to Phuket beaches into the "Thai Riviera". This is stupid since these are not their best beaches and it will just destroy more natural areas with over development.

Most of the customers of Thailand were from the west. There is becoming less and less incentive to go to Thailand when you can just fly to mexico in a few hours. Mexico where I am right now there is few restrictions or lockdowns ever. They seem to be through the pandemic already and tourism is doing good except it is still down. I think the main reason many are still not coming to Mexico is lying media and officials scaring the hell out of people for little reason.
Mexico did the right thing from what I see.

Anyway nobody is going to go all the way to Thailand anymore is it is just a plain tourist location. There is plenty of Ladyboys everywhere these days and the percentage in North America now is probably equal to or higher than Thailand now. Why fly for dozens of hours when you don't have to anymore.

Thailand will never get much back if they don't open the same as before.
Canada seems to have quite a few Asian Ladyboys especially Thai and Korean. There are also western T-Girls available like Chloe Rose in Montreal. Of course the play for pay trade is more expensive than in Thailand. However, so is a R/T ticket, hotels, food. and transportation.

It quite clearly states that New Deaths of 30 is -1 (one less) than yesterday. The new cases of 2940 is +408 vs yesterday.

I was hoping for a ressurection. Oh well must be the Christmas cheer clouding my understanding.

Pattaya is scheduled to "open" Dec.1 and they have just spent a sizable amount of $$ to install a new "Jumbo-tron" at the foot of walking st.
Soooo...I THINK WS might return without too many changes ...at least for now.
The Pattaya Music Fest is running every weekend during Nov. and that hasn't happened in over 7 years...
Brian Flores (Night Wish Owner) is staging a hunger strike in protest of the fact that BKK and Phuket can serve Alcohol but Patts cannot.
One of my LB friends in Patts tells me that the city has a pretty good vibe right now...but she DEF wants the Western tourists back ASAP
to fully pull Patts out of the doldrums.
I have reserved a condo at "City Maxx" for 90 days starting the last week of January...
I'm crossing my fingers that Patts will be running at 60-70% of it's former self by then.
Did you get to Pattaya Billy? How were the Maxxcentral condos? I will be back in SEAsia in October and staying all winter...want to spend a month or so in Pattaya and check it all out

Good to read that Thailand is re-opening. Was in PV November last year, and I agree Crag, that they did the right thing not closing everything down. Interesting how Mexico did not buy in to the pandemic panic, lock, stock and barrel, like the Western world did.

Because the gangs in Mexcio are consulted on all issues as they are a major influence in all governments there.
So they are not disciples of the World Economic Forum. They still implemented masking and other rules but nothing was firmly enforced.
The first month i was in Mexico everything was open regular hours, but then they closed everything at 11pm for the next month.

The hospitals in Cancun and Playa del Carmen were about 30% full the entire time we were there, on average.
Plus nobody stops you from buying Hydrochlorquine or Ivermectin if you want it.
I went to the hospital in Playa and I was the only person there.

An interesting fact about Mexico is they spend one tenth of what the US spends per capita on health care. Yet life expectancy in Mexico is only three years less than the US.

Thanks for your great information. That means - by the plan - that I can travel to Bangkok on Nov 1´as fully vaccinated without going to a quarantine? Thanks for your answer in advance :-)
