Well thats the spirit of debate still alive and kicking, and a lesson learned by me -

namely do not post when you have been drinking gin as it makes you maudlin

However having re read my post I do sort of stand by what I wrote in that my experience of Thai GGs was pretty uninspiring. Conversely (if that's how you spell it) my experience so far with LBs in UK, Phillipines and Singapore has been of a higher standard.

Then again I have worked with Thai GGs at varying levels and they have all been polite and sweet natured so possibly I had an extended run of bad luck.

Whatever - I'm now a confirmed LB Lover and so far so good

Are those numbers right? If so, you are the luckiest divorcee in history. I burned that sort of money in the positioning phase. When we had taken our opposite sides it just got worse - a lot worse.

maxxx28, do a little more reading in the forum and less "panicked" posting and you would find the information you are looking for.

Small bit of advice from a forum n00b....I always find it's best to hit the bars an hour or so before they close, in my experience ST becomes LT at no extra cost..... My bet is that making this a Forum Unto Itself would save everyone a ton of time, and would also make it a more viable clearinghouse for "basic information" such as the first-timers itinerary that's in another forum, etc.
