Thanks MK! I should explain a bit on how this contest works - each contestant is asked to select a country they want to represent. They do not necessarily have to come from there or have heritage there. So for Pakistan, it is highly likely an Indonesian lb is representing it, while Spain is definitely being represented by a Filipina. Pie was also in last year's Miss International Queen contest and is definitely not from Spain! Also the same for the Indian representative who impressed you. Definitely a Filipina and likely no ties to India other than chosing it when she entered. Regardless there are some nice ones there and it is so interesting that most of the Filipina lbs are nurses!
