Best LB in Pattaya for 1st Timers

I cant help on this one right away, but I promise I will in June...Im just discovering these boards and have not been a photo taker on my previous trips, but now that I want to contribute and be a part of this community, I will asap...but in the mean time, I thought it might be helpful to some newbies (and maybe some not-so-newbies) to have the seasoned vets suggest who, in retrospect, they think would be best for a 1st timer to Patts or BKK.
