Yes, they are €œsecurity€ cameras; if you click on the center camera you can see the room form which they are €œmonitored€ never have seen anyone there, only mug shots on the wall.

Apparently system was installed from the boys in brown.

i was watching at around 1am Thai time and saw a guard looking guy sitting in the chair...
here I found one:

Just like at the Bangkok Airport... they make you X-ray your own bags.... there is a place behind the X-ray machine with 2 monitors but no one seems to be there...
