Well, needless to say for anyone who knows me or who follows this board, I will vote for number 1. I don't like surgery of ANY kind; God made these people perfect just the way they are and when a ladyboy is 18 or 19 and hasn't been to see any doctor's yet of any kind, I believe they are really at their best right then.

Then they start fucking around with these witch "doctor's" in Thailand and the P.I .and want to make themselves into Barbie; big, fake tits are soon to follow and then hip enhancements; they think this gives them the Jennifer Lopez look that they all want when in reality it just looks silly.

Facial work comes in after that [sometimes]...... new nose [my friend Som-O had this done 5 times!], new chin and even eyelid "straightening"; this is a foolish attempt to make Asian people into Falangs. Costs about 10,000 baht and can damage their eyesight permenantly if not done properly; and it doesn't work in any case.

I have been saying it for years..... leave well enough alone!!

I do prefer au naturale, however I must say that ladyboy with no tits just does not do it for me so either nice hormone ones, but that probably means she can't get it up or implants as long as they are not too big for her body. Other than boobs I would prefer they just let nature take its course.

I agree, it's a double-edged sword Oz...... we want the girls to look awesome and look like ladies and to do that they must take female hormones; when this happens they can not get hard if they take too many.

It's a trade-off....I guess I like pure beauty over a rock-hard dick and fake boobs

But I don't care what type of surgery a girl gets done to herself.

I like hormone breasts, but good implants are also fine. I wish more girls would go with smaller boobs, some of them could pass if they didn't go for extra large.

IHMO Hip implants have never improved a girl, and made some look worse.

and lastly i would love to settle for plastic surgery when im already on my late 20's where im going to get old as a ladyboy....not starting out as young cause implants...injection fillers has life span......and i dont want to reach 25 years old already rotten with surgery........but its not making any difference at all but its best if i settle it during early 30's or late 20's where i can see my manly roots are starting to go out.....and lastly i want to get old beautiful cause we know that once we are beautiful on out 30's or 40's sex apeal comes out..........look at those holywood stars like Angelina Jolie, Renne Russo,Sharon Stone...look at those girls they are beautiful in thier 20's but they dont have sex apeal on that time......they were just beautiful until they reach on the middle age like 30's to 40's where they maintain thier beauty thier sex appeal come out.......thats what i wanted to happen

I voted for tits only. But to give you more perspective, that's something I like on any GG too.

What can I say? I'm a fan of nice silicone man-made tits. I think it's the one area where man beats nature.
Also, silli-tits are a relatively safe, well known, and standard procedure. As these things go, it's got to be the most routine and safest bet if done by a competent surgeon.

Other than that, I find most of the girls fine just the way they are. The facial surgeries and other things are dangerous for coming out looking just a little too "tweaked". I don't like the girls whose nose looks like Michael Jackson.

I agree, having large implants is like wearing an "I'm a LB" sign, especially in Thailand where few women have implants. Was with Daphnie last week and she wants to double the size of her current implants. In my opinion she is already at max size if not too big. I tried my best to talk her out of it but she really wants them.
