@ I had a problem with my credit card, they dont give a fuck and i wasted all day trying to sort it

@ I had twenty problems with a surveyor. The treament was atrocious....

@ I had a problem with the Building Society and complained to the head office. Now the staff hate me even more than before...fuck them...

I could go on and on but poor customer service is the default position in London...

bad customer service is not limited to Bars In Thailand.
Finding real bad faults with nana is like looking for bones in a banana....

I have just spent a week trying to get my atm card back due to a programming error the bank machine ate it.        

            The bank says its in the wrong
            I say they are in the wrong
            Even their pox ridden computer says they are in the wrong

Finally a replacement arrived today with the wrong postage so I had to pay to get it.

What is their attitude - basically if you don't like it there are plenty of other financial institutions that will treat you like shit.

Sadly I am 13 hours flight from Nana Plaza so can't even go and get set upon by an amazon to take my mind off things.
