Hm, I think people in general are liars for different reasons what ever it may be.
So it's not just the Lb's laying to you! Bargirls, go-go bar and bar staff, hotel staff, taxi drivers, girl in 7eleven, dude in the pharmacy, street vendors, all people you meet out even those who come from your own country they all lie more or less and try to rip you off all the time. And it's the same all over the world!
So be aware and don't trust anybody, not even yourself

Yes some Lb's and bargirls don't care if you use condom or not, especially the ones on drugs.
I actually did this 2 1/2 years ago, i went bareback on 1 bg and 1 lb just because i was drunk and really stupid.
