You should have no problem finding ladyboys to fulfill these desires in Pattaya.
The beauty of Thailand and Pattaya is there is so many ladyboys you can try them out until you find just the right one.

You made the right choice in Pattaya. Heaven on earth. Visit Sois 7 and 8. Oh, yeah. when in Bangkok you can change your money at Terminal 21 on the bottom street floor near one of the entrances. In Pattaya, go to Central Festival on the 5th floor (I think). I don't use my ATM card for this purpose because sometimes the ATM's don't work and you can take out only B20K at a time. Am suspicious of crooked credit card skimmers and stores that take your card in the back and make two bills. Last October-December I got just over B35 to the dollar. The Baht may sink to B40 to the dollar I have read. I use traveler's checks in $500 denominations and cash $1K at a time. Make sure you initially sign your name exactly as the passport. I left out my initials 2 years ago and had a hell of time getting cash. At that time there were 4 banks that would cash checks in Pattaya Central Festival. Now there is only one. Funny thing they never have enough B10 coins to give.

Also, when you are bringing cash (US dollars) to Thailand make sure that your bank gives you brand new bills. It is very difficult and sometimes near impossible to get the banks and money changers in Thailand to accept older bills. There is also a serial number series of US dollars that they will not accept. I believe it's because that series has had some counterfeiting. Not sure what that series is but I will find out. When I come to Thailand I always bring cash as I believe you get a higher rate of exchange for cash.

thought it was the other way around. Last December I got 35.2 for my traveler's checks after fees. See if cash can beat that. Lots of counterfeiting. Bring 2 credit cards, traveler's checks, and cash. Never know if there will be another coup and all the airports, ATM's, and banks get shut down. Highly unstable government.
