SW there have been many, many investments of many kinds in the past by all of us that we would now prefer to go "without". Hahahahaha!!! At least yours is tangible, appreciated and can be admired. For any future investors tempted to invest in the "rubber maid" trade please have a clause in your contract that states you have unfettered physical access to the investment(s) at any any time henceforth forever given a 6 hour advance notice delivered by IM, fax, email, text, or whatever.
