I was thinking the same thing last night when I saw the pic.  Absolutely is Chiu.

I haven't been in contact with Chiu for several months or maybe even a year (far before ats pics and apeman), but I would not forget that face.

As others say, it is quite possible she changed her name and moved here.

Hey Guys i found her infront of nana hotel, she was there 3nites in a row around the 2-5 time i saw her once and went to the cash point and came back she was gone, the next nite i was with some people and when i ditched them she was just goin off with a customer, i finally got her the following nite. She doesnt have a contact number but the other LB's shes always with has if anyone wants it.... I thought her name was Nat as when asked that what she said duped again But no doubt its Chui
