Sounds like it's lucky more people haven't been killed. Hopefully the reponse will be better then after Katrina.

We go through the same thing every year in Australia during the bushfire season (not on the same human scale) so we know what it's like. It's amazing to think that these fires are sometimes deliberately started, when the culprits are found they should be thrown in to the fire they have started.
