Is this the time when the Bar-Tender's all go for there soapy massages?

if nothing has changed since november, this regulation is for bar and seven eleven...just for details shop, so if you buy 10 litter of any alcohol in big c,tesco...you will never be submitted to this regulation..coz supercenter has details and wholesale licence, and whole sale is not concerned by these regulation..so you are allow to get totally drunk in thailand, but you are not allow to have small thirst.
