Renting a nice house for Xmas (Pattaya)

Can anyone help with details of rental agency in Pattaya/Jomtien that deals with house rental. I have three friends wishing to rent a upmarket house for two weeks over the Christmas period. 3 Beds, Private Pool etc a must. Looking to pay up to £600 per week

Have looked on internet with no luck as owners tend not to rent them this period.

Any help would be appreciated

Me? I am always happy at Pattaya Bay Resort, but friends want privacy a house affords
