Prostitution like drugs and many other contentious issues would be better and safer legalized and regulated .

Just common sense , but then common sense is rarely common .

Politics has nothing to do with what is sensible and practical ,its all about scaremongering to win opinions and votes .

This one is based on the flawed logic that men are to blame for prostitution .

In my areas they have passed morelaws and rules concering prostitution both for the Johns and girls its beyond reason. They have even gone to the point of putting the girls and the johns pictures in thr paper and what they were charged with. They have taken peoples vehicles, and other personal property and any motel caught allowing known prossies to stay there are targets as well, and have been getting shut down (most of these places are flea bag motels anyhow with rates for 1 hour or 1 day or year etc) yet there is not a night you do not see a chick strutting her stuff. Its really a waste of police manpower who shold be out after muggers, burgulars, rapists , doppers and such, not after some chick sucking dicks for a living.

I'm not suprised. This is the same government that says it's ok to discriminate in employment as long as the victim is a white male. Still stupid norths    keep voting them in so what can you do. I bet it's the English girls complaining they can't get any punters as the Eastern European girls on average are way better looking.

She has now dragged the Womans Instutute into this and last night a debate took place on Newsnight...Jeremy Paxman gave them a hard time and asked for the evidence of widespread exploitation which they had no examples to show.... The head of the Prostutes collective said " please leave us alone, there is no problem"
