Where to buy CHEAP mobile phone?

Where would the BM's go if they wanted to purchase a cheap cell phone in BKK this week?

I have searched the phone topics, but would greatly appreciate if somebody could provide a shortcut to the best place (shopping mall ?) to purchase a mobile phone
so I dont waste my time chasing all over town when I could be engaged in general vacation debauchery, drinking beer, living out my sexual fantasies, and other fun stuff.

I'd go to MBK, just because it is so easy to get to on the Skytrain.

Next choice would be to go on over to the weekend market (also easy on the skytrain or subway) and buy a used phone.
