I believe that wrt appearance, the three primary ingredients for a sexy ladyboy are:
1.  Thin
2.  Gorgeous Hair
3.  Pretty Eyes

I am not influenced by breast-size, pre- or post-op or other-size so much as I am by the above three qualities in a ladyboy.
