Site problems today??

Is it just me or there is maintenance work being performed today on the site? I keep getting error messages on almost everything I try to do here today..

There was a couple changes I made that may have caused some problems but i put it back.
Actually in general I found it working faster than before as I just upgraded it again on the weekend.
