Supplementary to the Internet sources listed above (all still viable and relevant) there is usually a local guide to services which can be picked up from stacks at Railway & Bus Terminals, outside Kiosks, and 24/7-type stores.

The back pages usually carry "Erotic" adverts for massage and prostitution including "Trans" - the problem in Italy is that most Service Providers only speak Italian.

It is some years since I have been to Milan or Bolgona, but there used to be prostitutes hanging aroud the railway station. I do not kno if they included TSs - there certanly were rent-boys and TVs that I noticd in passing through.

However, TS Streetwalkers in Italy (or anywhere in Europe except th South of Frace and some Holiday Resorts) are likely to be dangerous from all "health and safety" aspects - beware drugs and AIDS.


Milan is likely to be a fertile hunting ground for TSs who work in the Fashion Industry -certainly the Internet Guides feature more TSs in Milan than any other city in Italy, they are unlikely to be walking the streets, but there could be night-clubs or cafe's where they gather in a flock.

There is no shame in asking your Hotel Concierge where you can find TSs or which clubs are frequented by TSs - Concierge's have dealt with every request of a sexual nature ever invented or conceived, so you can ask them anything and they will direct you as to where to find what you are seeking - or deliver it directly to your room.
