As I am sure some of them do smoke , just curiouse as to which ones .

OK well I have seen Nan, Fern, Jane, Jay and Mimi smoke. Although I am not sure any of them smoke all the time.

I consider "smoke" a bit different, it has nothing to do with cigarettes.
They all smoke, when they "give head" to their customers - so who cares.
