I'd search/ask in the health subforum on thaivisa as this topic seems to come up frequently.

Bring as much supporting documentation with you then establish a relationship with a Doctor at a nearby/convenient hospital.

I'm guessing you're planning on getting a Retirement Visa (Non-Imm O)? If so you will have to get an annual medical certificate here, which is typically a rubber-stamp.

Re: Ketamine, it is a popular party drug here, especially with some LB's, typically preceeded by Ecstasy, and used for longer term (36 hours) partying (or marathon card games).

Not using a retirement visa......I'm only 47, but am coming on a tourist visa to start with and then will get the work visa once I decide what teaching job I want.

I'm using MS Contin (aka morphine) now and am bring ALL my medical records from my physicians (4 of them). I'm sure by finding a legitimate doctor, I can find a decent way of getting the meds or a comparable alternative.

Thanks for the input as always,
