There's a good selection in "Tuk Com" also known as "Dot Com" on South Pattaya Rd just passed the daily market, always a good selection working at some of the Phone counters on the Second Floor.

Which is south Pattaya Road? Is that the road with Carrefour supermarket?

I was in Pattaya last Jan. and you could not find a handful of available partners from soi 1 to walking street along the beach.    Now the ones left are all around town in other places.  South Pattaya Road, or Pattaya Tai begins at the entrance of Walking street heading east.  The road where you find Carrefour is Central Pattaya Road, or Pattaya Klang.  Check walking street and Bamboo Bar near the entrance of walking street for action.  Good luck!
