Soi Tony is the Soi a bit after Tony disco on the left as u walk towards Jomtien direction, bar on corner has live bands, there are a string of bars and gogos there, think one is katz, will prob bump into u here in a few days.

Last time I was around, the road you describe was called Covent Garden or Soi 16.
