It is quite easy to have a threesome with 2 men or 2 ladies or 2 ladyboys. Just go to a bar and get two or find them online such as Thai Friendly.
If you have a date, ask them to invite some friends or coworkers.
There may be bars that have ladyboys and ladies together, however you will not find available men at these bars. If you want to find men you probably have to go over to the gay area in Patpong in Bangkok. There is also many girl bars and a ladyboy bar there so you can find it all in one area.
It would probably be easier to find this situation in Pattaya rather than Bangkok.
Usually a ladyboy can set up most situations for you, unless they are super jealous.
