What's Up in Chiang Mai?

I've seen several pics with stunning LB from the north, Chiang Mai especially. however I was there for 2 days and one night only and I couldn't find much. Are the cabarets still working and any bar anyone can suggest?

The major Cabaret venues are no longer in action, however there are some "travelling" cabaret performers that appear in a variety of beer bar style venues throughout the night.

The best bars to visit are located inside the Chiang Mai Entertainment Centre on Loi Kroh Road, namely Marina Bar & Shamrock Bar.

There is plenty of streetwalker action along Loi Kroh itself as you head towards the moat (old city), and beyond.

If you try using the search function with phrases such as.......Marina, Shamrock & Chiang Mai you will discover plenty more information and finer detail.

one of these days im gonna get myself up to C Mai,promised myself id get away from the shitpits of pattaya,infact i wont spend much more time in patts,bkk is my kinda place tho.

do post anything of interest on your return if going there ,as not much is seen on this or any other board about C Mai................ im interested even if no other fucker is

Visited CM twice and will go there again in a couple of days. The lb-scene cannot be compared with BKK or Patt but I enjoy finding some raw diamonds off the beaten track. Met a sweet lb the first time I was there, called Nam and took her for LT for that only night I had in CM. Spent another 2 LTs last Aug with her.

Last time also met another one - Fill, who was very promising. Spent LT with her. Costs in both cases 1K THB + I guess I gave them 200 tip each. Also had a few STs for 500, one with Day who had some great faked tits and offered BBBJCIM. Fill and Day weren't into being topped though. I found that CM-lbs needed a bit more of warming up than their sisters in BKK or Patt.

I should have their cell numbers still on my Thai phone card. PM me in case you are interested.

Most street action I found along Loi Kroh as reported and walking towards the river/canal and then turning left, near the gas station as well as on the other side of the canal (met Day there). I stayed at the Pornping and after getting the girls cell numbers, I messaged them and they came right to my hotel room. Assume that more-somes are possible - no extra joiner fees, but didn't try.

The street scene didn't seem to get busy before 10-11 pm. They sometimes seem to be a bit on the run from the local police, but if you get phone numbers from them, most can be met in private.

Also not much punter-competition there. Nam was def GFE, Fill still a bit shy.

I was in CM this past week and visited Shamrock. i bf's an amazon (I wont tell her name cuz Im too nice), and she was a nightmare. She threw me out of her house when I offered a 300bt tip - she wanted 500. Next night I found Nam, and she is a real treasure. I visited her again before I left. She doesnt have the typical ladyboy body, but she makes up for it with passion. I'd rather have a passionate imperfect girl, than the perfect figured ts beauty with an attitude.

Zest Bar & Restaurant

Forum member fridgemagnet brought this place to my attention when we met recently in Pattaya.

It's basically a restaurant & bar with a few ladyboys in the mix.

The location is across the street from the Chiang Mai Entertainment Centre where you have Marina Bar, The Shamrock Pub & Wooden Bar.

If you were seated in either The Shamrock Pub or the Wooden Bar, and looked out onto the street, you would basically be looking across towards Zest.
