Thai telephone numbers

Hi there fellas,,im going back to thailand for the first time in over 12 months.I hope somebody out there can help me with my query.I have built up a bank of ladyboy numbers over the last number of years,,the cell phones in thai usually start with 04 05 09 etc,,has this changed,,i cannot sms or call any of the numbers i have,,it seems they just cannot connect.The international code for Thailand is 0066 which i dont think has changed.Any info on changes would be greatly appreciated. cheers

you have to add an 8 after the first 0....e.g.

099999999 now becomes 0899999999

so 02 xxx xxxx isunchanged
but 05 xxx xxxx is now 085 xxx xxxx
