JW Marriott has always been discreet and courteous in that regard.

Has anybody been staying at the new Marriott Courtyard (near the Erawan shrine)? Can the same be said for their policy?

I have stayed in the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit. the Peninsula, the Sukhotai and the Conrad, and never had a problem. I now only stay at the Conrad, as it's convenient, and if you use the apartment entrance, you avoid any embarrassment in the lobby. I am no longer phased by cameras in lifts or along corridors (the Conrad has both).

I should perhaps point out (before expectations are raised) that someone else has been paying the hotel bills.
