Well i'm new here so i'm going to start back in 2007 with my hotel reviews.
I've been past the Dynasty many time since and it looks about the same as 8 years ago.
So this was my first trip to Thailand and Pattaya ever, after a few days in Bangkok.
The room was around $30 US at the time which i thought was fantastic and it was on Soi 13 just up from Beach Road.
Nice quiet Soi with many great restaurants, beer bars and massage places at your disposal.
The rooms are basic but nice, and there is a little balcony that doesn't really overlook much.
Staff was good and friendly, the first guest was free of charge here.
They were very strict about taking the ID.
The restaurant in the lobby was decent and I cannot say too much bad about this place.
Price is good, it was clean and i had great time.
Pool on the roof is small but very relaxing, they will also deliver beverages up there.
Very good view of the bay and Pattaya from here.
Decent place to stay for the price I would say.
