a few people recommended the D hotel for my next stay in Pattaya. it has been a few years since i have been. what ladyboy bars are near it. since i have been the area has probably changed a little

That is probably a good location near Soi Buakhao and the price looks good. I haven't been to Pattaya in few years now but the ladyboy action seemed to be moving to the Soi Buakao area. Many of the bars are not dedicated ladyboy bars so you will find a number of them at various places. There is also few working freelance on that street. There is tons of baht buses on Soi Buakhao so it is easy to get around. You could take the bus down to Sensations in action street which I believe is still there.
Your hotel is also close to Soi made in Thailand and I think New bar is still open nearby. Also not too far from Soi 7 and 8 bars where you will find some ladyboys.
