The dr will often recommend a size to the patient and typically the patient ends up wanting a bigger size. This is in part due to the attraction many farangs have with big breasts. Many of the p4p lbs like to get bigger because they feel it enhances their ability to make $$$$.  Bigger breasts, more customers, more $$$.

As for whether the implants are hard, soft, look natural, etc, check the post in Academia - it explains a bit of the different implants. A big factor is also how well the post surgical care is - does the patient massage the breasts enough, etc. If she doesn't than she will likely have problems in the future.

Non p4p patients are also influenced by media - movies, tv, magazines that also promote big breasts.

The Pratunam clinic may go under 40.000 and it is a bit iffy on cleanliness. A better hospital can do it for 40K with follow up etc.

For sure those are reasons that may have an impact on the LBs choice of implant size...

I think the biggest criteria however, is that having been starved for all their lives of breasts they tend to over do it and make an irrational choice.
