I'm getting better slowly after my super-nova-arctic blow out in LOS. Like Juri told me, you can't push your body 200% and expect not to burn out.

Oh yeah by the way LA BAMBA RULES and mck you might not want to tell everyone that so-and-so offered for free, can cause upset/problem in the bar maybe, just a quiet word mate.

Hatching a plan for next autumn/winter now, gonna try 4 months with a lot more discipline. 9 weeks was enough (harsh!!) at that speed
