I think a fat gut on a pretty face is constructive criticism.   Filipino ladyboys normally have this small gut because of a poor diet.    Doesnt say anything about her as a person, just that she needs to stay away from Jollibee a bit.      

Just to stay on the objective side, it's true that very many Philipino LBs (and GGs) do have a certain 'aboundance' around the waistline. Just look at asianwebcam and you'll easily realize that. That could be a turn-off to some.
Instead, most Thai LBs (and GGs) have pretty nice 'washing-boad style' tummies, which to most is a big turn-on.
