I guess you are right..there seems to be a level of arrested development in many males in the societies mentioned by Dr. John...which may result to many doubts, insecurities and fears of the unknown as well as rejection for non-conformity to the norm...it's sick because it's manifested in many aspects of life and has a considerable impact on the LB community in any part of these countries...
