In my limited experience at both, I have found them pretty much the same. Simlilar layout, matching bikini's, numbers, and even same mamason who will offer me the priveledge of buying her a drink at either venue.

This last trip I made a point to go to both on each of 4 nights. I ended up playing the hot hand took Nam from downstairs first night, then Nina from upstairs the next night. think it all depends on the night, my vibe and the ladyboys.

I even ahd some fun at Casanova and Temptations before going to the hot corner for my final selections of the evening.

Nam from Obsessions, and Nina who used to go by the name Nam now at Cascades.

Cascades may have the steps to deal with, but I noticed my lbs tended to hang around outside upstairs. this was especially true at closing time.

My advice is to check both out. Your bound to find the right ladyboy and the right deal between the two. If you don't by closing you can always go to guess Bar II and III on Sukhumvit.

Why do so many fellows complain about the stairs to Cascade? Doesn't the elevator work anymore?
The stairs never bothered me, but I guess if I were a life long smoker the elevator would come in handy.

P4P guys in general are a lazy lot. Thus they bring the stairs into play. I would much rather walk up and down three flights of stairs than have to walk several K's to the next lb bar or even worse have to deal with a taxi.

Stairs are a such a small price to pay, plus it warms ya up a little for the stairs you may face if you go back to ladyboys apartments.

For the last three days i have been dragged between the GG bars of Nana, Cowboy and Patpong (a friend is visiting) Finally i managed to convince him to enter an establishment catering for the more discerning gentleman, this being Obsessions. Now i had a marvellous time but my friend was physically shaking when he walked in.
Luckily we didn't get too much hassle but to shit my mate up a little more i invited a couple of stunners to sit with us. I'm fooked if i can remember their names but one of them had big hips, blond hair and japanese look about her. We left alone but i'm pretty certain that my friend will never be back again. I think the sheer beauty of the girls disturbed him too much and threatened his hetrosexuality.

I would definately go back again to Obsessions, i felt no real pressure to barfine or by drinks for the girls, everyone was pretty relaxed and looked to be having a good time.
Last time i went to Cascades it was a nightmare. I was completely mobbed and one girl threw a load of popcorn at me because i wouldn't barfine her.

Baron, I noticed in April when I was at Obsessions 2 or 3 had the Japanese look going on. it must help them with the Japanese high rollers who come through, and I think 2 of them actually have some Japanese in them besides the customers cocks.

A couple weeks ago I managed to visit all 4 LB places at NEP on several nights, and have nothing but good things to say about each one.

Temptations, while virtually devoid of customers, was a great place to have a couple cocktails and peruse the 12-15 lovelies on stage and milling about the bar. It was clean and the sales pressure was low-key. No less than 4 ladies I would have no problem bar fining.

Casanova has never been better in my experience. With the no-smoking rule this joint is far cleaner and you can actually see whats going on. They also had 3-4 ladies I took a liking to. And the music is somewhat toned down so you can actually carry on a conversation while feeling up your tilac. This was a place I could count on as a respite from the mega-decible music pounding throughout NEP.

Cascades has always been a tough place for me, with the gauntlet at the door, the bleacher seating, the in your face approach of some of the girls, and it's not the best lit stage. But who in the hell can go wrong with that much talent in one room? I was enamored by so many hot ladyboys that it would have been easy to select a different one for every day of the month. This is the place I'm still dreaming about.

Obsessions has a temporary vote as my favorite of them all. Smaller amd more easy to deal with than Cascades, but still a half-ton of ladyboys on the make. After an initial attempt by the girls and drink-serving specialists to rush the customer, they will actually leave you in relative peace once you let them know you're there to relax and hang-out a little. The mamasan was very understanding of that. But I prefer to have an ocassional warm bottom sitting on my lap, and this is a great place for that. The padded seats are comfortable enough, the stage is practically in your lap, and the lighting is superb for scoping out the many talents on display. I was also most comfortable here when it came to buying a ladyboy drink, then exchanging that ladyboy for another one later. I felt no lingering animosity. While Sunday night was kinda slow, most nights I saw no less than a dozen magnificent girls here, and another 8-10 I would barfine (if I had that much time and $).

Another factor in my preference for Obsessions was that I barfined 2 ladies there (one twice). The other 3 places tallied one driftwood bar fine each.

Snick, my recent visit a couple weeks ago seems to support your observation regarding the migration of GG from the NEP Rainbow clubs to Soi Cowboy.

The NEP Rainbow clubs have always been a gold mine for petite Issan GG. But the number of girls on stage were half of what they were vs a year ago.

Meanwhile over at Soi Cowboy several of the clubs were jammed with the young Issan clones I consider to be among the most beautiful women on Earth.
