I like to make an effort.
Usually smart casual and always clean.

If I do wear a t-shirt and jeans say, they won't look like they were worn while I slept.

I would never wear shorts or flip flops/thongs.
Not even during the day.
I save them for the beach.

And the constant bathing before sex has now gotten me to the point where I can't go near any lady unless we're both clean....

How true. This has put a stop to really spontaneous sex, the likes of which I've not had since my twenties. No more quickies in the public toilet. Even in the comfort of home, when things get a little too heavy, and sex is about to happen, it's ...."stop! shower first......." Man, when did I become so anal?

I've gotten lots of positive comments from LBs and some have even asked if they could splash it on before they left

Never shaved my nuts before.However, one ladyboy did comment to me that she preferred them shaven so I told her she could do it herself then (and she did) .. but I've never done it myself

Regsrding the poll, surely answer 4 is a no-brainer. I'd be more surprised at BMs who didn't make the effort. I've only ever seen one slob in a LB establishment (sucking off three girls in Stringfellows). I have, however, seen many of the clientele at Pattaya Beer Bars who have let themselves go - but they seem the type who are more intent on getting pissed and that doesn't seem to apply to the LB lover demographic

Thais are big on hygiene and appearance and lets face it, ladyboys are prob the most fashion concious types you will ever meet, so smelling good and looking/dressing well is a must

Seriously it is good to read that almost all of us are of the same opinion. I think we make an effort as part of our own self respect as well as respect for the ladies.
Thinking about some of the sights you see around Pattaya it is obvious not everyone shares our views. and of course bigmick put his finger on it. There is something about the LB lover demographic that sets us apart and above many of the GG loving beer bar boys.
Actually not sure how GG loving some of those guys are, more beer loving. I love a drink, but cannot understand these guys that get spastic every day, what do they barfine a girl for? To get the panadol and clean up the spew?

Impossible to provide the girls BFE without speaking rudimentary Thai. Learn Thai, appreciate the positive aspects of Thai culture, learn to understand and somewhat cope with the negative components of Thai culture and the girls will look at you like a BF instead of a customer. This, although, can cause problems and confusion. Pick your poison.

By the way stogie, plenty of girls from other countries that provide the attention to their customers that Thais do and some much better. Indonesian, Colombian, Cuban, Brazilian and Philippines comes to mind.

Like you I have a certain routine every time I go out, whether I venture down to a Bar or to a restaurant with friends, nice clothing, shaved to feel good and to look good (at least to me, and really don't care what others think).

If I go for P4P bars, I'm very picky and 98% of the time I end up without company, those who does "pass" are treated with respect, Generosity and seem to becoming friends afterwards in some shape or form.

Naturally they ask the $$ question or "I go see you" but a big smile and a drink or two is an indicator that it's up to me... :-)

Even when I'm out to have fun with friends, I try to dress smart and if I want to go hunt, I know smelling clean and looking presentable gets half the job done.

I like to have a conversation with the girls. I'm actually learning Thai language right now and it's very rewarding when I have a girl who is keen to help me along.

I fully agree that if we want a better experience, we need to make ourselves desired by the girls, beyond the money.
