Nan is very skinny and was working at Chili bar in Nana.

She might be over at Mercury tho but just ask the boss and tell them what you like.

You can be deceived in any place of Thailand but mainly in places with a big touristic attraction. You can find ladyboys everywhere but you never know if the freelancer you meet one evening had not worked in a bar like C&D or Check in bar a few years earlier. I sometimes thought I paid too much and sometimes that I should have given more money. Whatever, I think the most important is to orientate reviews to my positive experiences.
Well, I have had great experiences with all methods. Bar girls, freelancers, and dating sites. It's just that my one bad experience came from a freelancer online. I know bar girls are training to squeeze money, I've been going to bar for a long time so I understand the system. My way of getting around it, is just to stay for a short time. about 30-40 minutes, take my time with my drink, buy a couple lady drinks and then leave, either with the girl or without. The less time I spend in the bar, the less I have to pay.

I've only ever had one bad incident, and I've been with a decent amount of lbs. So at least it's not a common thing.

I met a lb on a dating site, went to do the business at her apartment. On her profile she said "no pay" and even when I met her she confirmed that. I was naive of course. After banging her, I went to the bathroom. When I came out to check my things, I noticed about 2 thousand baht missing from my wallet which was in my pants pocket rolled up next to the bed. I confront her about it, and she got pissed. She was yelling and throwing shit at me. She insisted she didn't take my money, but now she did want to get paid because I accused her. I said she already has my money, just let me leave, but she wouldn't let me. She locked the door and called her friends to have on standby in case things get out of hand. I didn't want to force my way out, or caused anything that would make the situation worse. I didn't want to get into a shoving match. I have friends and work, I'd rather not show up with scratches and bruises, or worse. So I went out to the ATM and gave her one thousand baht. I said fuck it, rather pay the bitch than anything bad happen to me. She probably needs that cash more than me, so screw it. Walked out of there, without any further problems. I'd rather do that than fight and risk getting hurt.

That was the only bad time I've ever had. Every lb I've been with since then has always been very friendly pretty honest. I no longer meet online freelancers, or pick up streetwalkers. I feel they are the ones that are more likely to cause problems. I stick to Go Go bars, where I can get to know the lb a bit better. and at least if anything happens I can report and complain to the bar.

Actually I do have positive experiences everywhere I go. Everybody tells us about them. I just want all you folks who plan to visit LOS to be aware there are some dangerous warnings. Like anywhere we visit. I used to be young and innocent and learned the hard way. Playboy magazine was no help informing about the real life of prostitution and the risky business of buying it . Rio is very dangerous and worse. I do for the most part have good meetings with ladyboy friends I've known for a few years. They are very good dates, and I will pay their asking prices. Still it's good to be suspicious to let hookers know you don't tolerate foolishness. I have built up this technique since I was broken in at Moonlight Ranch outside of Reno, Nevada. Makes me laugh about it everytime I remember how I popped my cherry. I will try to be much nicer in future posts. sheesh! she was so ugly her belly looked like the Rocky Mountains!

Next visit i will stop asking for the pleasure of shooting their photos. I think that's where my troubles begin. I would probably not trust anybody if I were a ladyboy. Just turn off the lights and love 'em.

Remember to check out Boomerang Bar next to Pandora Bar. Three excellent kats there. Sois 7 and 8 are ground zero for all kinds of actions and there are a number of good 3-star hotels there. Flipper Lodge is good and right across the street from Sailor's Bar. Soi 6 is much farther away from Soi 7 and you need to take the baht bus. So many bars for seekers of boys and girls. I don't care for the tall strong ladyboys. They can fight. i prefer the younger greenhorns. Nicer personalities. Also check out Baitong in front of the 7-11 store next to the Hilton. She's small and looks like a teenager. Dresses like one. For a pretty gal with a baseball bat, visit the last bar at the top of Soi 8 where it T-bones Pattaya Second Road. Must be a foot long on the soft side. I don't dare let her enter me. Maybe you. I just shoot pics. Have fun.

I was answering GP's post. Please, George stop complaining about negative points. If it's really too negative, choose another option and find something positive.

We tourists are always targets wherever we go. That's why I like to tell you the hard way I deal with ripoff situations. I did have a bad experience with an A from Chili's Bar. She said she came and I looked at her condom. She was hiding something. I found her condom in the wastebasket filled with a little yellow liquid. Cum my ass! I gave her less. She blew up. I laughed. Tried to throw her shoes at me. Escorted her down the elevator and out the door. Have to do this otherwise they wiill crack the mirrors inside the elevator. I laugh about it everytime I think about it. Hookers can be hooked back.

Tip: carry loose change in your pockets and most of your money in a pouch with belt loops. Tuck them over and inside your pants belt. No can get pickpocketed there. Eagle Creek Undercover Hidden Pocket $13.50 at Amazon.com.

Don't drink till you get drunk. I just drink water and nothing else. Always listen for the snap when you open the cap. Did you know Visine eye drops are poisonous?

Well, I guess everybody deals with situations in different ways. We all have had difference experiences throughout our adventures.

I'm a pretty laid back guy, not looking for trouble. But if trouble somehow does find me, I'm not one to throw fuel onto the fire. I'd do whatever necessary to settle the situation without any commotion or anybody getting hurt. I'm just a regularly guy, no military or combat training, I don't have it in me to get physical with anybody if it can be avoided, no violence. I'd also rather not draw attention to myself either if I'm playing around with LBs, that's private business to me.

In general, I never pay upfront. This happened to be the first time I was ever asked to pay up front. NEP generally seems to be an ok place, so I wasn't really bothered by it. It all worked out fine regardless. Now, if I was in some random place, with a random street walker. I'd find it to be fishy. But NEP seems to be a well run place, things are usually done by the book there. Either way, hearing advise from others is always helpful. I'll keep it in mind in the future.

I never pay BEFORE the act. Have already thrown out 2 lbs from the Yorkshire Hotel on Soi Sansabai right across Bangla Street. Both ask for payment up front then B300 to leave. I laughed and politely told them to leave. No like leave. I pull them out physically and then they start screaming. One starts spitting at me which I think is funny. So spit back, and she was humilitated I was soiling her dress. The night watch boys yelled at me that I was a troublemaker. I complained the next morning to the manager and they were fired. Then this same girl who stiffed me on the James Bond tour and Ko Phi Phi tours had to work all night. Same puta who demanded I buy her new shoes. What on earth for? Fuck Phuket. Always remember to make sure these labyboys understand English otherwise they can pull a fast one on you. I am wise to their tricks and have on several occasions refused to pay anything if they ask for payment in full BEFORE. They can be made to leave forcefully. So take my advice. Do NOT be a nice guy. Everybody loves to rip off a nice guy with money. I make every date WORK for their money. Last year I never paid more than B400 bahts bar fine in Pattaya. If it's B500 I bargain it down to B400 otherwise I keep walking around. I do like to walk Beachwalk and ask if they want to do only B1K. No barfines.

Will skip this winter in Thailand. Business calls. There's a recession coming. Will miss the thai dishes, shopping, and party fun.

For a barfine? seems typical for NEP to me. I know it's 600 at Casanova, for something a bit cheaper. But 700 seems average for the area, better than 900 at Obsessions. It does add up, but I don't do it that often. So going out to hang at NEP, and dropping a few thousand baht to pound a LB once in a while isn't that big of a deal to me.

Thank you, I'm happy you enjoyed my review. It makes writing that much worth it. I didn't plan to write so much, but as you read, a lot happened so I just kept going and going, haha. I wanted to take a photo of Annie, but I forgot since we were busy cleaning ourselves and putting our cloths back on. I hope next time I have an evening at NEP I can take a photo of my prize.
