We have also had two new forum members making their very first posts. I hope they are true new members and not someone opening a new username in attempt assist their choice. Pretty lame if they would go to that trouble for a fictional contest, I was hoping everyone could be adult enough that we could find a true cahmpion. Oh well maybe it all levels out anyway. Some of the mods are looking out for multiple account sign-up, but not sure with the recent posting dramas if they have been able to monitor it that close. All we can expect is a little bit of integrity amongst the forum members and may the best girl win.

A truly new member is great and if this contest motivated them to sign up or make their first post great. Welcome aboard, hopefully they on their way to many more contributions.

The problem is we had at least one case of someone signing up several accounts to the same email address during stage II.  The accounts were discovered and deleted but after the fact, so they were able to cast several votes. It would be a pity to see this great race be decided by bogus votes. We are searching for the forums winner not one mans winner.

Some of the mods are aware of this and hopefully be able to protect the contest in its last hours of such a tight race. With that said Waros has just taken the lead with 4 unanswered votes.

Well aware of that Sean and thanks for voting. I was just making you and others aware of the current situation and trying to do some preventitive measures to insure the integrity of this little contest. Its a great race, and want to insure that whoever wins is our true winner. Like i said its hard to believe people would do that, but it happened in Stage II.

Your spot on unfortunately Sev7en, and i'm working my best to get this righted. Its pretty transparent when you have so many unanswered votes. Its unfortunate also because the person they were trying to help out will end up being disqualified.

It will be hard to hold a contest like this in the future when we have this mentality existing and we cannot prevent someone from corrupting it. I'm in no way blaming the site or moderators, as the site is not desigtned to hold pageants, and we have never had a poll where people felt that attached to a choice that they would reregister a username or other methods of altering the outcome.

Its sad and you know who you are, and we may end up finding out who they are too.

No need to apoligise, I can only laugh at the mentality. What did they think, no one would notice? Its funny but sad at the same time that we couldn't even have a fair little poll because of someones selfish need for their favorite to win.

I wonder if they have any guilt or just quite happy they corrupted something. The mind of a vandal is complex.

No matter who the winner is there is going to be some backlash, and I'll probably cop most of the flak for simply trying to keep it fair. You know what fuck them, they need to realise they did their candidate more harm than good.
