Good point, guys.  I started mentioning a few insignificant things to the LBs - before I really got the feel for this forum. Wont now & I agree its not smart.

I would like to add just one important point.

Everything said here, including the original post, is a personal opinion. And many of us don't agree with other people's personal opinions. Imagine that! For a lot of what JaeDee said, I agree, and a few things, I do not. Here is a sample:

Soi Cowboy is dead? Wow, that would surprise most customers who fill the streets every night! And the 15 or so LBs who crawl around there too! Soi Cowboy has some good shows, including a very good lesbian show nightly. LBs are not its main focus, but they most certainly are always there at the Soi 23 side of the street. For lady drinks and mamasan's, I'd say we disagree on a few things.

Giving a girl a lady drink is customary in all of Thailand. Who gives a damn if it's water? That's not the point at all. It is just custom, so don't worry about it's 100% coke content. I do agree to say 'no' if u don't want a girl there, but if u do have her there, buy her a drink. To not do so is somewhat insulting.

Most mamasans opinions of girls usually disagree wildly with my own. No mamasan knows what a girl is like in bed. I would never use their opinion, except on very basic stuff like 'big cock', 'no drugs'. Occasionally, they can answer the question 'Good heart?', but I have had too many false views from mamasans, so I now virtually never use them, except as one, very minor input. Talk to the girl and use your own intuition and attraction to figure out who to go with.

Barfines for several days. A lot of new punters don't know what a bar fine is, as explained by JD and others, it is a fee you pay the bar so the girl can go with you for either short time (ST) or long time (LT), as you discussed with her. The bar fine is separate from whatever you negotiate with the lady - that fee goes to the bar and not to her.

What is not commonly known is if you want the same girl for several days, you should pay the bar fine for each of the days you spend with her. The reason is if you don't, then she would have to pay it out of whatever amount you agreed with her. It is very important you settle this up front if you plan on taking her for a few days. Of course this is also dependent if you have good chemistry together.

Of course there are a few "handsome" guys out there who may get it for free , and she may even pay the bar fine herself, but you will end up paying for it one way or another.

There are a lot of forum members now and a lot of meetings that take place. Most of us migrate to small groups and make arrangements within ourselves. Sometimes the groups get quite large and sometimes it'll just be a couple of folk hitting the shitpits for some action.

When you come here you'll find the kind of forum members you like best and steer towards them. As these are the ones that probably most closely resemble you and what you like then it's best to listen to what they say if you are new to this scene. Have lots of questions - we love to blab!

What works for me and people that I stick close to doesn't work for others who I know but don't hang out with so much.

For example... I tend to stick to the nice girls and I'm usually at home by midnight! That suits me - I've not got much of a sense of adventure these days. Some groups prefer the wild girls and the late night scene and know the best bars to go to that are off the more usually worn course. There are a click of guys who stick together because they have other chemical stimulants that bond them together!

Hang out more with the guys you feel most comfortable with and you will, in turn, meet other similar guys who you feel comfortable with. Noone is alone on this forum. There's always at least 20 or 30 of us here at any one time either on holiday or living here.

nhscotsman, thanks for acknowledging this - while the moderators and forum members do not get paid for this it is fun being involved and sharing information, even if it gets repetitive!

Your attitude and comments make it all the more enjoyable - much better than someone having an arrogant attitude, or who doesn't quite "get it" even after a lot of reading and replies from board members.

I agree everyone should try it at least once, I had a 3-some in Acapulco years ago and it was memorable to say the least, enough so that I still remember it to this day and it was 19 years ago. I know......everyone I know laughs and jokes...asking me if I'm just a "LITTLE" anxious to get back to LOS. God Damn, I'm counting the hours....haha. (26 days, 22 hours and 30 minutes)

I totally disagree......GG's are great girls for the most part.

When I think of the girls I have been with over the years, I can come up with this train of thought and will use your phraseology too.

I have been with my fare share of GG's and LB's and believe me, to classify one over the other is totally wrong.
